Alternating Chair & Mat Yoga

Chair yoga is a great practice for anyone with limited mobility, but it can also help people that are more active. Accompanied by some deep cleansing breaths, chair yoga poses can help you calm the body and mind, while easing muscle tension. If you need to reduce stress at your desk, look no further than a good stretch!

Tai Chi

The slow-motion martial art builds strength, agility, and best of all, balance. Tai Chi is often described as "meditation in motion," but it might as well be called "medication in motion." There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice, which originated in China as a martial art, has value in treating or preventing many health problems. Great for all age and mobility ranges.
